WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU Activity Baseline provider and parent surveys What it means for you - Receive survey from OPM (paper and/or electronic) - Encourage as many parents / providers to complete the survey as possible - Return completes to OPM Case study visits - An OPM researcher will contact you to arrange a visit to your setting - Interviews/ focus groups with providers and parents - OPM to produce stand alone case study of your hub demonstrating impact and learning
